I/We hereby confirm that HILLS CONVEYANCING of 24 Old Northern Road, Baulkham Hills is instructed by me/us to do such things as are proper and necessary for the conduct and settlement of the purchase of the property.
1.  I/We hereby agree to pay the fee of $1,950.00 (inclusive of GST) for purchases up to $2,000,000.00 or $2,275.00 (inclusive of GST) for purchases over $2,000,000.00, which includes all telephone, photocopying, postage etc. Variations and Additional Costs will be advised if necessary.
2.  I/We hereby agree to pay an additional disbursement charge for Pest Report, Building Report, and/or Strata Report, as per
the following prices if required:-
- Pest Report and Building Report combined $485.00 (inclusive of GST)
- Individual Pest Report $285.00 (inclusive of GST)
- Individual Building Report $325.00 (inclusive of GST)
- Strata Inspection Report between $350.00 - $400.00 (inclusive of GST)
3. Any balance of my fees and disbursements are to be paid on or before settlement.
4. Should the transaction not be completed, that proportion of the fee plus disbursements appropriate to the work
completed at that time will be payable.
5. I/We note that if Hills Conveyancing may order a pest report, building report, and/or strata report upon my request, I/
We note their advice that it is our responsibility to read over the report (s) and to contact the inspector(s) who conducted
the report(s) if there is need for clarification by me/us. The final decision on whether or not to proceed with the above
purchase is to be made solely by me/us.
6. I/We acknowledge that Hills Conveyancing are legally required to hold my/our file for a total of seven (7) years at the
expiration of those seven (7) years, I/We hereby authorise Hills Conveyancing to destroy my/our file.
7. You will receive or can request copies of documentation held on your file at any time. Should I request any information held in my file after 6 months from the date of settlement such request will incur an administration fee of $50.00.
